DAMN

I used to play handball and icehockey. Nowadays it’s Yoga. Sounds boring? Sometimes it is. It is right for me nontheless. There was a turning point in my life, that took me from masculine energy (performance, explosive strength) to feminine energy (patience, softness). After that kind of shift things are moving slowly, because progress is not the main target anymore. This sucks sometimes. But I start to enjoy the new forces 🔥
